Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour with Moroccos Desert Tours (referred to in these conditions as “we” or “us”) you will be accepting the following conditions on behalf of all individuals using our services, by virtue of a booking made by you.

Tour Booking Process & Payment

Once you select the tour you are interested in, you will subsequently receive our confirmation; however, a deposit of 20 percent is required so that you can secure the tour booking. The balance is due upon arrival to your driver in cash in US Dollars, Euros, Sterling Pounds, or Moroccan Dirhams. The deposit is paid by Paypal.

Cancellation Policy

The 20 percent deposit is non-refundable unless of a serious force majeur preventing you from making it to Morocco.
If because of an emergency you cancel 30 or more days prior to the arrival date, we will refund your deposit. If you cancel between 30 and 14 days prior to the arrival date, we will keep the deposit. If you cancel 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, we will require the full amount.
