You’ll embark on this adventurous journey early from Fes crossing the Middle Atlas, High Atlas Mountains, valleys, canyons before reaching the vast sand dune field of Erg Chebbi.

Itinerary
Most of our tour itineraries & packages are private as we aim to clear the ground for purely-cultural experiences while maintaining the delivery of personal service. However, we may take shared bookings on some occasions when the group (maximum 8) is already set. The featured price can change based on the number of passengers & the category of the desert camp.
Day 1 – Fes – Ifran – Midelt – Erfoud- Merzouga
After having breakfast in your hotel/Riad, your private driver-guide will take for a journey of a lifetime experience. You’ll drive through the lush Middle Atlas Mountains with its cedar forest (preserved by the UNESCO). It’s possible to come across or even feed the Barbary Apes that live here in this forest. A short break near Midelt for having lunch before continuing on the track further south driving through the snaky road on the High Atlas Mountains.
We’ll include a short break in Ziz Gorge for pictures, Ziz Valley before getting the Sahara Desert of Erg Chebbi. Have a journey on a camel up the sand dunes for the panoramic view of the sunset, then get back to your desert camp where you will have dinner and some entertainment before culminating the day with a relaxing sleep in your private tent or under the stars.

Day 2 – Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Azrou – Fes
Early wake in the early morning, climb up the soft sand dune to attend the stunning view of the sunrise. You’ll then enjoy a nice breakfast under the sunlight before driving back to Fes through Errachidia, Midelt & Azrou. We’ll include many breaks on the way to make the drive more enjoyable & less-hectic.
As always, we’ll make sure to get to your place safely and in-style. We’ll drop you off in your hotel but if it’s inaccessible for the car, then we’ll arrange with the staff members of the Riad you are staying in to come escort you.
